Gymnastics Lessons

For Ages 3-18

All registrations must be done in person at the Bellefonte Branch.

Parent/Child Gymnastics, Ages 2-3

Children and their Mom or Dad can have fun learning basic tumbling while developing gross motor skills and fun movement activities. Class is very interactive for parent and child so families should dress for a good time together.

Gym Tots, Ages 3-5

This program is designed to develop balance, coordination, and body awareness.

Pre-School Gymnastics, Ages 4-5

This program is designed to introduce the pre-school age child to gymnastics. Children are instructed at a relaxed pace with the emphasis on having fun.

Level 1 – Beginning Gymnastics, Ages 6-18

This is the first development level of the USA Gymnas­tics progressive program. This level lays the foundation for movement and learning on which all other skills are built.

Level 1 – Advanced Gymnastics, Ages 6-18

This is the first development level of the USA Gymnastics progressive program. In this level your gymnast will be learning the USA level 1 routines on each of the apparatus.

Level 2–3 Non-Competitive Gymnastics, Ages 6-18

This program is for the gymnast who has completed Level 1 gymnastics or has previous gymnastics experience. The gymnasts will build on what they have already accomplished and will begin learning USA Gymnastic Level 2-3 skill ap­propriate routines for each apparatus.

All classes are taught by USAG safety certified instructors.

Appropriate attire is required for all classes.

Placement in classes is at the discretion of the instructors
