This is an instructional, non-competitive co-ed league designed to introduce your child to the basics of baseball. Teams will meet Saturday mornings at Bellefonte Governor’s Park for ½ hour of practice and instruction followed by ½ hour of play. All players will receive a hat and a team t-shirt as well as an end of the season award. Players should provide their own glove.  Teams will meet for 6 Saturdays with June 16 as a one day weather make-up. The end of season pizza party will be on the final day following the games at 11:30 AM at Governor’s Park Pavilion.  Volunteer Coaches and team sponsors are needed.

Infant Massage, Newborn to 7 Months & Parents
Calming, Caring, Caressing

Infants and their parents, will participate in a gentle movement program that promotes bonding and communication skills in a fun, relaxing environment. Health benefits include: stimulation of the developing digestive, immune, respiratory, circulatory systems of the infant and strategies to relieve gas and colic. Class will teach relaxation and stress relief techniques for parents and babies. Handouts and snacks provided.

About the instructor: Holly has been working with young children and their families’ for over 25 years. She is a professional speech language pathologist assisting children develop communication skills. Holly is a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), certified practitioner of Yoga for the Special Child (YSC), and has completed Radiant Child Yoga I and II.

Movin’ with Me, 6 Months to Age 4

Imagine, Movin’, Together Infants and toddlers, six months and crawling to age 4, can develop body awareness through movements to songs and games with music. Parent or adult accompany the child during class.

Movin’ Groovin’ Toddlers, Toddlers Walking thru Age 3 & Parent

Toddlers can explore ways their bodies move through unstructured play and creative movement time with other children. Program is no longer lead by an instructor.

Kick, Catch, and Throw, Ages 3-5

Your child can learn the basic motor skills of kicking, catching, and throwing through a variety of games that promote gross motor skill development, problem-solving, teamwork, and fun!
