Gymnastics Lessons

CHILDREN’S GYMNASTICS:  SEE THE MANY BENEFITS

PHYSICAL:  Learning gymnastics skills promotes strong bones and muscles, balance, coordination, growth motor skills, posture, agility, speed, and flexibility.

COGNITIVE:  Research suggests there is a link between physical fit children and academic achievement. Gymnasts learn terminology, rules, and tactics as well as how to follow directions and problem solve.

SOCIAL:  Gymnastics instruction encourages social skills such as friendship, teamwork, and leadership.

EMOTIONAL:  Physical fitness such as gymnastics can reduce feelings of depression and anxiety and help support healthy emotional growth through confidence and self-esteem.

LIFE SKILLS:  Your child will learn important life skills such as healthy habits, commitment, loyalty, and sportsmanship. Gymnastics also provides a joy of being active.
