One on One Training

Get effective and time efficient workouts while meeting one on one with a trainer. Our personal trainers can maximize your fitness or athletic potential by leading you every step of the way.

Nutrition Counseling

Health is not just about physical activity.  Trainers provide information on proper nutrition while focusing on your specific needs. Proper nutrition helps control or prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. Counseling sessions will be conducted by a registered dietician.

Group Training

Help each other out! Group training allows 2-3 people to work out together under the supervision of a personal trainer. The trainer will develop a routine to meet the needs of a group of people with similar goals and ability levels and schedule each session as a group. This type of training is fun and less expensive than the one-on-one session.  Available to YMCA members in clusters of 10 sessions only.

Member/Non-Member Fees

1 session         $25/$50

5 sessions        $100/$200

10 sessions      $200/$400
