Aquatic Assistance

Aquatic Assistance

FREE to YMCA Members
Offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00-3:00 PM from Feb. 15 - Mar. 5 & Mar. 15-26. 

  • Do you have questions about different aquatic equipment?
  • Are you unsure of how to use a certain piece of equipment?
  • Do you have questions about what sorts of exercises you should be doing?

Whatever questions you may have, bring them to Aquatic Assistance.  During this time, an experienced Aquatic intern will be in the pool to answer any questions you may have when it comes to exercises, stretches, equipment and more.
