Children ages 2-3 years and their Mom and/or Dad can have fun learning basic tumbling while developing gross motor skills and fun movement activities. Class is very interactive for parent and child so families should dress for a good time tumbling together. Location Aerobics room.
This program is designed to develop balance, coordination, and body awareness. Ages 3-5.
This program is designed to introduce the preschool age child to gymnastics. Children are instructed at a relaxed pace with the emphasis on having fun. Ages 4-6.
Level 1 – Beginning Gymnastics
This is the first development level of the USA Gymnastics progressive program. This level lays the foundation for movement and learning on which all other skills are built. Ages 6-18.
Level 1 – Advanced Gymnastics
This is the first development level of the USA Gymnastics progressive program. In this level your gymnast will be learning the USA level 1 routines on each of the apparatus. Ages 6-18.
Level 2–3 Non-Competitive Gymnastics
This program is for the gymnast who has completed Level 1 gymnastics or has previous gymnastics experience. The gymnasts will build on what they have already accomplished and will begin learning USA Gymnastic Level 2-3 skill appropriate routines for each apparatus. Ages 6-18.
