Join us for Gymnastics Fun!

Gymnastics classes are fun! It’s a healthy way for kids to enjoy being active, while learning new skills in a safe and structured environment.

Our classes are progressive, so children work from one level of skills and build upon them in the next class to learn new skills. In most of our classes, children work on all four events of beam, bars, vault and floor, plus they enjoy some tumbling time on the trampoline. Gymnasts learn to actively conquer fears and obstacles, while building self confidence to demonstrate skills independently.
