Cycling is a fun and challenging class that is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Pedal your way to an increase in endurance and overall healthy lifestyle in an energized group setting.

  • Monday 4:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m. with Devin Olmes
  • Tuesday 6:00 p.m. – 6:50 p.m. with Heather Smith
  • Wednesday and Friday 10:15 a.m. -11:15 a.m. with Leslie Richendrfer
  • Saturday 9:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. with Jessica O’Hara
