High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

The HIIT Fitness training class can be applied to both male and females looking to take their workouts to a whole new level. There will be weights, bands, sweat, challenges and FUN during class. Taking the HIIT Fitness training class will help: decrease body fat percentage; increase aerobic endurance; and increase anaerobic performance. So, whether you are looking to enhance your physique, perform better in sports or be healthier all year long give HIIT Fitness training a try!

  • Monday 5:45 a.m. – 6:45 a.m. with Heather Smith
  • Tuesday 7:00 p.m. – 7:50 p.m. with Jessica O’Hara
