Semi-private and one on one training provides you with effective and time efficient workouts. Our personal trainer can maximize your fitness or athletic potential by leading you every step of the way. They will help to motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. The trainer will measure your strengths and weaknesses with a fitness assessment. This assessment will be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness. In addition, we strive to educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
