Our multi-level class uses a variety of yoga props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, to help individuals learn the poses in a safe and enjoyable manner. Kate Marshall-Chase, a certified yoga teacher and licenced massage therapist, has practiced yoga for over 30 years. Brucie Serene MD, a certified Iyengar yoga instructor, combines her medical knowledge with more than 20 years of yoga experience. Great for individuals practicing at beginner and intermediate levels.
