Cardio Dancing

Cardio Dancing is a fun, choreographed exercise program. The program consists of fifteen dance routines designed to provide a good cardiovascular workout. Routines are different each series, therefore the first six classes are a combination of instruction, demonstration, and dancing. Cardio Dancing is for all ages and is easily adapted for different levels of fitness. Due to the choreography this program provides the most benefit and enjoyment when attended three times per week.

Senior Strength & Stretch with Kathy Heller

Come and learn the basics of a workout regimen, a routine tailored to you and your current fitness level, and how to progress safely, to a higher level of fitness. Learn how to use machines, free weights, bands, balls, and body weight. Not a class structure, all participants will be doing their own workout, at their own pace. Then, at the end of class, we all come together to stretch. Completion of a general health questionnaire required; doctor’s clearance may be necessary.
