altLUNCH-TIME WALK IN MEMORY OF JAN GEARHART

Jan Gearhart was a long-time employee and treasured friend of the YMCA. Every day during her lunch break, Jan would go for a walk in the neighborhood near the Y. In her memory, we will be holding a Lunch Time Walk to support Ovarian Cancer Research. Stop by on your lunch break any time from 11 AM to 2 PM on May 18. There is no cost to participate in the event, but donations are welcome. A light lunch will be provided.

Maintenance Week Notice & Schedule for the State College Branch

August 27 - September 3

All State College Y facilities and programs are CLOSED for routine maintenance with the following exceptions:

August 27:  Front Desk, Fitness Center and Locker Rooms OPEN regular hours

August 28-29: Front Desk, Fitness Center, Locker Rooms and Before/Afterschool SACC OPEN regular hours

August 30-31:  Front Desk OPEN 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Before/Afterschool SACC OPEN

A variety of painting, maintenance, and heavy cleaning will be completed during this timeframe.
