Yoga Deep Dives: Deep Breathing – State College

June 16 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

In this class, you can expect gentle warm-up poses designed to open the body and create space for the breath. The focus will then shift to practicing fuller, deeper, and more peaceful breathing. Deep breathing helps calm both the body and mind, promoting an overall sense of wellness and relaxation. This workshop will also include a take-home handout to support your understanding and continued practice at home.
