Barbell Basics
Ages 22-55
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30pm
May 19 - June 21: (6 weeks, 12 sessions) $175
With Barbell Basics, you’ll learn how to safely and confidently use barbells and free weights to build real-world strength. This program focuses on foundational lifts like squats, bench press, and deadlifts, teaching proper form, technique, and progression, along with other practical free-weight exercises that translate directly to everyday movement.

Group Training - Members Only
Help each other out! Group training allows 2-3 people to work out together out under the supervision of a personal trainer. The trainer will develop a routine to meet the needs of a group of people with similar goals and ability levels and schedule each session as a group. This type of training is fun and less expensive than the one on one session.
Available to YMCA members in packages of 10 sessions only.
30 Minutes: $180/person
60 Minutes: $230/person
