BEGINNING MONDAY, DECEMBER 12

This year, the Penns Valley Y has decided to hire 6 elves as fitness coaches for the 2 weeks leading up to Christmas! Starting Monday, December 12, the elves will take their positions every weekday to coach you thorough 4-6 exercises in the fitness center.

When you see an elf on a piece of equipment, use it to exercise. If you see an elf with instructions, do the exercise described.
