Restorative Yoga – State College

Slow down, relax, and restore your body and mind in this deeply calming yoga class. Using props provided in class, your body is fully supported in gentle postures held for longer periods, allowing for deep relaxation and renewal. The session concludes with an extended savasana (relaxation pose) to help you integrate the practice, release tension, and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

  • Location: Small Gym
  • Open to all levels, no prior experience needed
