DESCRIPTION:The State College YMCA and State College Police Department are teaming up for a challenge that tests strength\, endurance\, and determination. Each participant will attempt to bench press 250 pounds for as many successful repetitions as possible.\n\nYour number of reps determines your tier\, and every participant will receive a custom award based on the tier they achieve. No shortcuts. No modified weights. No participation trophies.
