Kid Fit

  • The Kid Fit class will have 3 main components:
    • Circuit training- like workout
    • Cooperative group activity
    • Balance / flexibility activity
  • The class structure includes instruction regarding proper form for age appropriate exercises, gym safety, games to promote cooperation and teamwork, and warm-up / cool-down activities.
  • All activities are designed to building aerobic fitness, coordination, strength, body awareness, peer cooperation, self-esteem and confidence.
  • All exercises and activities can be modified for the child’s age and ability level; therefore, Kid Fit is a great workout for all kids!
  • Who: Kids 8– 12 years of age
  • Time: Thursdays 6:30– 7:15pm
