Open Swim
This recreation swim time is designed just for youth and adult swimmers. Children under eleven must be accompanied by at least one adult family member. AT THE BELLEFONTE BRANCH, OPEN AND LAP SWIM IS RESERVED FOR YMCA MEMBERS ONLY. NO LAPS ARE PERMITTED DURING OPEN SWIM TIMES.

Aquatics Classes:
AQUA ZUMBA
Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness class that combines Latin-inspired dance moves with the resistance of water. It is a fun and energetic way to get a workout while enjoying the benefits of water immersion.
Members: $30.00 (8 classes)
Non-Members: $50.00 (8 classes)

AQUACISE
This co-ed fitness program is designed to increase flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance through water resistance and buoyancy exercises without your head going underwater. A variety of exercise equipment is used to offer added resistance and fun! You do not need to know how to swim to participate.
Members: $50 (16 classes)
Non-Members: $95 (16 classes)

SLOW & EASY WATER EXERCISES
Accredited by the Arthritis Foundation, the YMCA certified instructors lead exercises for people with, but not limited to, arthritis. This program increases flexibility, range of motion, and strengthen muscles from head to toe. The average water temperature is 87 degrees. This is a low impact program that includes walking and shallow water exercises. Included in Slow & Easy Water Exercises is Senior Water Volleyball. Build friendships and have fun playing non-competitive water volleyball. This program helps your body feel great in the water while having fun hitting the beach ball over the net in the pool!
