Our Bellefonte YMCA Tai Chi class simplifies the traditional martial arts into easy-to-follow movements. Practicing Tai Chi creates an overall sense of well-being by relaxing the central nervous system, reducing stress and lowering blood pressure. Participants will see improvements in balance, agility, and focus.
