For anyone looking to challenge themselves in the new year. Classes will differentiate from HIIT workouts, cardio (at your own speed), to Barre classes, and even utilize spin bikes. The point of the class is to get a good workout and get the body moving. Whether you are a beginner or advanced the class is what you make it. Quick and effective workouts are the goal!
