Youth Fitness Class

FREE TRIAL CLASS WEDNESDAY, MAY 14
For Ages 10 - 18
This youth fitness program is designed to teach the fundamentals of safe weightlifting, while developing mobility, strength, power, and speed. Participants will learn how to execute proper form on various exercises and build optimal movement mechanics that will assist with injury prevention later in life.

Camp Hoop It Up

Camp Hoop It Up is offered to those who would like to work on the fundamentals of basketball while developing themselves as a player. This program is designed for all skill levels, no matter the previous experience, and it will help develop each individual’s playing style and decision making on and off the court as part of a team.

All Sports Camp
July 14 - 17 from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- February 17 - March 28: $80 for Members and $120 for Non-Members
- March 29 - July 14: $90 for Members and $130 for Non-Members
All Sports Camp will be a great opportunity for kid to try a different sport each day! During the week, they will learn the basics of each sport and participate in a game. This camp is designed for individuals of different knowledge and experience levels and will focus on instilling the core basics that are needed to learn and improve their skillset for their sport of choice.
Dance
Tuesdays

Ages 6-12 from 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Combination Ballet, contemporary and Jazz dance class for 3-12 year olds. Participants will focus on learning and developing skills in dance, building confidence, learning body mechanics, and having fun with creative energy.

This class, developed for ages 5-18, will consist of both land and water activities. Participants will learn new skills and games, all while having fun!
