Girls' Sport Specific Weightlifting
June 5, 2023 - August 4, 2023
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:00 PM
This class is for Girls aged 13-17 who are serious about becoming stronger for their fall/winter sports. Workouts will be 3 times a week. Workouts will be supervised by Matthew Johns, a graduate from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology (emphasis on applied exercise and health) and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Wednesdays from 6 PM - 7 PM
February 8 - March 1, March 8 - March 29, April 5 - April 26
Tumbling classes for beginners. Open to ages 3-5.
School Age Floor Hockey
Saturdays from 10 AM - 11 AM: February 25 - April 1
Join us for this instructional, non-competitive school-aged floor hockey program designed to introduce your child to the basics of the sport.
Saturdays from 10 AM - 11 AM: May 6 - June 10
Join us for this instructional, non-competitive preschool t-ball program designed to introduce your child to the basics of the sport.
Thursday from 10 AM - 1 PM: DATES TBD
Join us for a kayak day down the creek.
Saturdays from 10 AM - 11 AM: September 9 - October 14
This instructional, non-competitive co-ed league is designed to introduce your child to the basics of soccer. The program will run Saturdays from September 10 - October 15 from 10 AM - 11 AM. Registration opens August 1.
Homeschool Gym and Swim
Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
This class, developed for ages 5-18, will consist of both land and water activities. Participants will learn new skills and games, all while having fun! Class will begin in the pool from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM and then participants will move to the gym from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. For more information, contact Kristin Erb at [email protected]
