Personal Training


One on one training provides you with effective and time efficient workouts. Our personal trainer can maximize your fitness or athletic potential by leading you every step of the way. They will help to motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. The trainer will measure your strengths and weaknesses with a fitness assessment. This assessment will be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness. In addition, we strive to educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

Roll, Stretch, and Lengthen

Suffering from shoulder, back, or knee pain? Odds are its muscle tightness! The repetitive motions of our daily lives can have a degenerative effect on our bodies and can lead to problems such as pain, injury, and loss of mobility. Through myofascial release and stretching you can help relieve muscle soreness, joint stiffness, and restore range of motion.

Partner/Small Group

Can’t make it to a class or have a hectic schedule? Personal Training may be perfect for you and is also a good accompaniment for the group classes. If you have a friend (up to 3) that also want to improve their level of fitness with you it can be even more economical.
