Get ready to serve, set, and spike this summer at our Co-Ed Volleyball Clinics! Join us on July 21 from 9:00 AM–12:30 PM for ages 9–11, or July 22 from 9:00 AM–12:30 PM for ages 12–14. Players of all skill levels are welcome to enjoy a fun-filled morning of volleyball instruction, skill development, games, and teamwork. The cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members, and lunch is included. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to learn, improve, and have fun on the court!
Baseball Camp
Fridays, July 3 - August 14 from 5 PM - 7 PM
This Baseball Camp is designed to help kids ages 6–12 build strong baseball fundamentals in a structured, supportive, and high-energy environment. The camp runs on Fridays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and is limited to 15–20 participants to ensure small group instruction and individualized attention.
About the Instructors:
Instruction will be led by experienced collegiate athletes Michael Kitko and Nathan Gustkey, who bring a high level of playing
experience and proven success at the collegiate and state levels. Michael Kitko is a Slippery Rock University baseball player (pitcher/outfield, Class of 2026) who posted a senior batting
average of .403 and a career average of .349. He is a two-time PSAC Athlete of the Week, a three-year starter, and a PA Legion State Champion. Nathan Gustkey is a Penn Tech baseball player (catcher, Class of 2025), a three-year starter who recorded a senior batting average of .423, a career batting average of .363, and a career slugging percentage of .507, and is also a PA Legion State Champion.
Speed and Agility Training
Tuesday and Thursday from 12 PM - 12:30 PM
June 2 - August 20 (no classes June 18, 23, and 25)
Build speed, strength, and coordination in this dynamic program designed for athletes ages 12 to 18 years old! Through fun drills and exercises, participants will improve footwork, balance, and overall athletic performance—all while staying active in a supportive, co-ed environment.
Youth Personal Training
Help your child build strength, confidence, and healthy habits! Our Youth Personal Training program offers individualized or small group fitness sessions designed specifically for kids ages 7 through 12.
Participants will learn proper exercise techniques, improve coordination, and have fun staying active in a supportive environment. Perfect for kids who want extra guidance, build athletic skills, or try something new. Register at the front desk!

Introduce your child to the fun and fundamentals of gymnastics at the Moshannon Valley YMCA! Our Intro to Gymnastics class is designed for beginners and focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in a supportive and engaging environment. Participants will learn basic skills on the floor and apparatus while developing confidence and body awareness. This class is a great starting point for young gymnasts to explore movement, teamwork, and healthy activity.
Busy Bees
Time: Wednesdays 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Cost: Members: $17.00 Non-Members: $27.00
This class provides an opportunity for 2-4 year olds to move and have fun!
