Gain strength, flexibility, and build muscle to help your joints. This low intensity aerobic workout is designed for those with arthritis, joint replacements or other health conditions. It combines water walking and traditional water aerobic movements. Planned class times are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am-9:45am.
