I’m going to the fitness center, how do I work out? What is the best exercise routine for me? Look no further. Come and learn the basics of a workout program, a program tailored to you and your current fitness level, and how to progress safely, to a higher level of fitness. Learn how to use machines, free weights, bands, balls, and body weight. Not a class structure, because all participants will be doing their own workout, at their own pace. Then, at the end of class, we all will join together in a group stretch. Completion of a general health questionnaire is required; doctor’s clearance may be necessary.
