Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
High-intensity interval training, or “HIIT,” is a fast-paced workout that will keep you on your toes and the sweat running, combining cardio with free-weight movement (dumbbells and kettlebells). While these workouts are great for those who are already have a moderate level of fitness, the workouts can be scaled down or modified for beginners. All are welcome and encouraged to join in at their own level of fitness.
