Teen Leaders Packet 2017-2018
Leaders Club is a YMCA program for teens in middle and high school. Requirements for club participation include: obtaining YMCA membership, completing a minimum of 5 hours of volunteer work per month, being an excellent role model at all times, and participating in club events. The club plans and participates in various events such as community service, social activities, fund raisers, regional teen rallies, and PACAA Teen Leadership Training School. Leaders Club activities focus on leadership training, personal growth, service to others, and social development.

Jana’s Art & Music (J.A.M.) program is offered in partnership with Jana Marie Foundation.
Art, music and creative expression are lifelong sources of resilience, self-confidence, and happiness. Expand your creative thinking and mental well-being by expressing yourself in this unique, hands-on, experiential program. Each class will focus on a different theme that allows participants to creatively reflect on their past, envision their future, and appreciate their present.

April 3, – May 8, 2018
There will be three 6 weeks sessions.
Cost is free for members, $10 for non-members.
SPORT-SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINING
Individualized workouts to train for your sport. An experienced personal trainer can challenge you as an athlete and improve your performance by acting as a coach and leading you through each session. This program is available in either 5 or 10 sessions of personal training.
