Senior Strength Training

Senior Strength is designed for active older adults looking to live life to the fullest in their retirement years. We use resistance bands, stability balls, hand weights, and more to increase strength,  balance, and flexibility. Meet new friends, get fit and move into retirement without limitations.

  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. with Leslie Richendrfer

This class is part of our unlimited fitness program.
