A 50 min, lo-intensity, stretch & flex class. You'll need a yoga mat or cushioned floor, soft firm ball (tennis ball), sturdy chair, and a foam block or rolled towel.
A 32 min calming exercise for mind and body. No equipment needed. This is an easy session with basic instruction.
