All members of the Unlimited Group Exercise program can now register for any of these free yoga classes offered on Sundays every month of the year! These classes are intended for all levels and are themed to offer variety throughout the year. Sign up at the front desk.
Classes are taught by our certified yoga instructor Kerri Lai
- Sundays 1:30-2:30pm in the Small Gym.
- Sunday, January 5, 1:30pm-2:30pm: Yoga and the breath
- Sunday, February 2, 1:30pm-2:30pm : Yoga for the spine
- Sunday, March 22, 1:30pm-2:30pm : Yoga for the feet
