As our county moves to the yellow phase of Governor Wolf’s reopening plan, our child care programs are slated to reopen on Monday, May 11.
We miss seeing you and your children each day and are pleased to be able to reopen; however, we want to assure you that we are following all recommendations for licensed child care programs from the Department of Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. All classrooms have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and a comprehensive cleaning plan is being developed for each program to be implemented prior to the start of care.
If you are the parent of a child who was enrolled in our programs when the shutdown occurred, please contact the child care director from the branch your child was receiving care at to let them know if your child will be returning on May 11. If you do not need care, please indicate whether you need your child’s space temporarily saved. Upon receiving your message, the child care director will be in contact with you to review your child’s file and have you sign a new parent agreement. If your child was not enrolled in one of our programs, but you are looking to set up child care, we have space available and are still accepting new registrations. A child care director will be able to provide you with additional information and guide you through the registration process.
Please reach out to the appropriate director using the contact information below as soon as possible so we can work to accommodate your child care needs.
