Gentle Yoga is a variation of chair yoga. Appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slower paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Each pose is carefully orchestrated allowing for smooth and controlled movements. With many levels of practice, this type of yoga can be comfortably perform by each participant at their own capabilities.
Gentle Yoga II is performed on the mat with the support of a chair for standing poses. Each movement is smooth and controlled. Allowing for a relaxing practice at an intermediate level of poses, enhancing balance and coordination.
