Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is for those who want a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported, and relaxing practice.  Each pose is carefully orchestrated to promote smooth and controlled movements to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. With many levels of practice, this type of yoga can be comfortably performed by each participant at their own capabilities.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. with Leslie Richendrfer
