One-on-one personal training provides you with effective and time efficient workouts. Our personal trainer can maximize your fitness and athletic potential by providing motivation, accountability, goal setting, and feedback. The trainer will measure your strengths and weaknesses with an initial health assessment and functional movement screening. This assessment will be performed again at the end of your fitness program to measure your progress toward your goals. In addition, we strive to educate you in many other areas of wellness, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
