Kid Fit is a fun, high energy class for kids ages 7- 11. The 6-week class will incorporate a variety of activities designed to build aerobic fitness, coordination, strength, body awareness, peer cooperation, and self-esteem. It’s a great way to get your kids involved in physical fitness and put them on the path to a lifelong enjoyment of exercise!
Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
This program is designed specifically for younger children ages 3-6 and is aimed at teaching foundational skills in a fun way. Instructed by the Artecas, this program teaches skills necessary for the beginner’s class but in a more relaxed environment.
Little Dragons Tang Soo Do
Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM
A special program designed for younger students ages 6-10 who may not be ready for the vigorous nature of the youth programs. Certified Black Belt instructors, the Artecas, teach personal safety, self-defense, concentration, discipline, respect, self-control and confidence.
