Centre Foundation’s Centre Gives is the 36-hour online giving event designed to bring attention to our local Centre County network of nonprofits and provide a platform for them to raise money is May 8 & 9 this year! On May 8th and 9th, we invite all community members to visit CentreGives.org beginning at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. A minimum donation of $10 to one’s favorite nonprofit helps them compete for prizes, as well as for a larger share of the $300,000 stretch pool provided by Centre Foundation and the Hamer Foundation.

When you give to the Y through Centre Gives, you are supporting charitable programs like Open Doors Financial Assistance and the Backpack Weekend Food Program. Because of your support, we can connect people in our community to each other and to resources they need. When you support the Y through Centre Gives, your gift stretches even farther. Longtime, generous YMCA supporters, Blake and Linda Gall will give an additional donation to the Y to match the Y’s portion of the stretch pool funds!
