Delectable Delights will be at the Penns Valley YMCA on January 21 for a Winter Wonderland Cupcake Caravan! You can decorate 4 cupcakes at a table with your group or per person. Those registered will receive an email with a Google link to choose their cupcake flavors. Light refreshments and beverages will be included.
