Women over 50 can learn about mental and physical techniques to prevent or respond to a threat. There will be opportunities to practice during class, but you can choose to be as physically involved as you would like.
Healthy snacks will be provided. Participants should wear loose clothing for comfort (sweatpants, t-shirts, etc.) and athletic shoes with rubber soles. Class will be held on Saturday, June 24 at 9 AM and will run for approximately 3 hours. You will leave as a stronger and more secure woman!
