Gentle Stretch and Balance is a relaxing, low impact class that focuses on flexibility and balance through a series of stretches, poses, and exercises. It targets all areas of the body and includes the use of yoga mats, yoga blocks, stretch bands, and relaxing music. It’s appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
