All experience and skill levels welcome!
The goal of this class is to learn traditional boxing technique while also engaging in a full body workout. As the classes progress you will learn new techniques and build upon previous ones.
You will train the fundamentals such as boxing stance, movement, jab, cross, hook, uppercut and head movement. Each class will incorporate a combination of technique instruction, pad work, jump rope, bag work, partner drills and individual drills.
Classes will start with a mild intensity cardio warm up followed by guided boxing technique. The larger portion of the class will be filled with exercises, drills and movements to utilize and apply the newly learned technique. The class will conclude with either a cool down or burnout rounds.
Sundays from 9:10 AM - 10:10 AM March 13 - May 1
Wednesdays from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM March 16 - May 4
