Pilates is a low-impact exercise designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone all the muscles in your body. This mat Pilates class utilizes mostly floor work and focuses on strengthening the core to develop strength, flexibility, and long, lean muscles. Pilates is the perfect complement to your cardio and strength exercise classes or is excellent done on its own. This 35-minute class emphasizes principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each student’s individual needs. It is an efficient way to fit exercise into your busy day! This class is suitable for all levels. No experience necessary. All ages and genders welcome! Any equipment needed will be provided.
