Semi-Private Training

A Semi-Private Training session is the best way to burn calories, develop strength/power, and improve flexibility in a small group setting. Each participant will benefit from their own personalized program and personal attention that a private session affords, but will also be able to take advantage of the support of others working toward the same goal of becoming healthier and more fit. Group size will be limited to between 2-4 people per instructor. Group trainings are held in the Main Building. YMCA Members receive free unlimited programs. Monthly payment options available.
